Pan African Action Plan for Active Mobility (PAAPAM)
The Pan African Action Plan for Active Mobility (PAAPAM), is a policy framework being developed within the mandate of the United nations Environment Program, United Nations Human Settlement program (UN Habitat) and WALK21 in partnership with Ochenuell Mobility, Institute for Transport Ad development Policy amongst other key players. The PAAPAM aims to set out clear and implementable agenda for countries and cities of Africa that create better walking and cycling conditions, protect road users, and improve access to public transport.
